Maintenance & Repairs

To keep your bike in excellent condition and to help you get the most out of your ride, we recommend having your bike regularly serviced by our mechanics. We offer extensive bicycle maintenance and repair services to keep you riding and smiling. We'd love to help you wherever you are on your riding journey.

Our repair shop is now right inside our showroom at 103 SE Baker St, so new bikes, parts and service are all in one place. We've expanded our service hours too: Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Picking up a repair? Please text us at least 30 minutes before you come, and we'll have your bike ready.

Repair estimates

Free estimate: Bring your bike in and we'll look it over with you and agree on a broad-strokes estimate before any work starts. It usually takes 5–25 minutes.

Detailed estimate ($25–$50, optional): Want a full, itemized breakdown first? We'll go over your bike in detail. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee goes toward it. If you don't, the fee is non-refundable, since it covers the time it takes to prepare.

If you're looking to have a repair on a large bike such as a trike/ recumbent/ tandem please call or text us 24 hrs prior to bringing it in. We will inspect your bike and provide an estimate and order any parts, when they arrive we will have you bring the trike/ recumbent/ tandem back and then we will complete your repair.
